GUEST POLICY: If your student is bringing an approved non-HH guest, there is a $80 guest fee for the Dinner and a $45 guest fee for Casino Night. (Venmo @hhclassof2029)
TRANSPORTATION: Parents are responsible for providing all transportation to and from OKCG&CC for the evening, including travel to and from Heritage Hall for the 8-10pm dance portion of the night. Limos, sprinters, and other private transportation are not permitted per HH policy.
PEP CLUB DANCE: The Upper School is the Official host of the PEP CLUB portion of the evening (8-10pm).
RSVP: RSVP to HHClassof2029Parents@gmail.com by Feb 1st with 1. your child’s name, 2. date’s name, and 3. the events they will be attending. (Dinner, Casino Night or Both)
For students who have paid All In we still need an RSVP. Having a date’s name will help us to ensure that no one accidentally double pays.
For students who are PAY BY EVENT, dinner is $80 and casino night is $45. (Venmo @hhclassof2029)
Tips & Traditions
Dance Tickets - Traditionally the girls purchase their dance tickets and their date’s dance ticket. A link is above to order dance tickets.
Dinner and Casino Night - Each student traditionally is responsible for paying for their own dinner and after party portion of the evening.
THE ASK: For this dance, the girls traditionally ask the boys, but all Heritage Hall students are welcome and encouraged to come, even if they choose to not go with a date.
POSTER: Traditionally the girls do a fun poster for their date sometime shortly before the dance. This is usually coordinated with the boys ahead of time.
BOUQUETS, RIBBONS & BOUTONNIERES: The boys will order ribbons for their date’s bouquet. The ribbon has the girls 3 initials on one side and “Pep Club 2026” on the other side. Boys will coordinate the thread color for embroidery with the girls (it is common to match the thread color to the girls dress). The Senior Class is ordering and coordinating ribbons this year. There is a link to order the ribbons above.
Bouquets and Boutonnieres can be ordered from any floral shop. These are usually coordinated together. The boys traditionally will get a bouquet for the girl and the girls get boutonnieres for the boys.
